KER3410 Kershaw Chill 3 1/8" Satin Folding Knife

The Chill offers you amazing value in a slim, lightweight, and inexpensive knife. This manual opening knife is handsome enough to be a dress knife, yet capable enough to take on just about all of your every day tasks.

KER3470 Kershaw Pico 2.9" Bead Blasted Folding Knife

Sometimes you can tell that a tool is going to be useful just by looking at it. This is one of those times.

Like all the knives designed by custom knifemaker Les George, the Pico benefits from Les’ practical approach to knifemaking, informed by his years as a custom knifemaker as well as his stint in the US Marines. The result is a knife that’s designed to be used in the real world of work and every day tasks.

The Pico’s 8Cr13MoV blade steel, precision heat-treated by Kershaw, is strong, hard, and takes and holds an edge well. It opens quickly and easily with a flipper and Kershaw’s SpeedSafe assisted opening. The handle is pure steel, bead-blasted to a matte finish. A frame lock ensures solid blade lock up during use and closes easily when you’re ready to return it to your pocket.

While the Pico isn’t a fussy knife, it does have some touches that take it out of the ordinary. For instance, the blade features two different finishes: satin on the flats and stonewashed on the grinds. And the pivot is oversized and polished to stand out against the soft grey of the handle steel. A deep-carry, left/right reversible pocketclip ensures carrying convenience.

The Showtime opens elegantly with the built-in flipper and our SpeedSafe assisted opening. And there’s no thumb stud to interrupt the clean, streamlined looks.

The handle is steel, black-oxide coated, and contoured for a solid grip. A frame lock ensures secure lock up. The decorative hex pivot enhances the Showtime’s showoff good looks. KER1920 Kershaw Select Fire 3 3/8" Folding Knife with Tools

Bits + a big blade

Most multi-tools include a plethora of “tools,” many of which are not actually very useful. Even worse, in many of these tools, the important knife blade is an afterthought—and barely useful at all. Not the Select Fire.

The Select Fire was built to be a knife-focused multi-tool. It’s built around a manual opening knife blade, a knife blade that simply works and works well. For strength and edge-holding capability, the Select Fire’s blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel and bead-blasted for an easy care, matte look. What’s more, the Select Fire offers a surprisingly comfortable grip, so it’s actually easy to hold as you use that big, useful blade—something most multi-tools can’t say.

Designed by Grant & Gavin Hawk, the Select Fire is also a handy multi-tool. There’s a 4-piece bit set, plus the bit driver. The bits, two flathead and two crosshead, are in on-board carriers that swings out to let you choose your bit, then swings back to snap into place. Black liners give it a sleek, finished look. The contoured glass-filled nylon handle is equally comfortable whether you’re using the blade or the bits. The Select Fire makes a great addition to every tool and truck box. In fact, it's so handy you might want to get two.

KER1087 Kershaw Deadline 3.8" Folding Knife - Satin

This knife has a lot of special features between its two-toned stainless steel handles. First, there's the opening system. The Deadline opens with Kershaw’s KVT ball-bearing system. But a manual system like that has to have detent—often strong detent—to keep the blade in the handle until the user opens it. When the blade is fully closed, a depression in the blade is engaged by a ball partially embedded in the liner or handle. The interaction of ball and depression keeps the blade closed. The problem with that is that sometimes the detent is too strong to make opening the knife comfortable. The answer is our new Tuned Detent System (TDS)™.

TDS puts the detent ball on the front scale of the knife in an inset steel plate. This plate enables us to “fine tune” the detent so that it’s perfect—not too heavy, not too light. With TDS, opening a manual flipper knife like this is as easy as opening any other flipper.

Both blade and handle feature our two-toned finish. In this case, we used titanium carbo-nitride coating in the grinds and hollows and a satin finish on the flats. The result is a knife with a very distinctive look that walks the line between classy and tactical.

The 8Cr13MoV blade is a modified Wharncliffe with a top swedge. The handles are two-tone-finished steel with cold-forged handle texture for a solid grip. A strong frame lock secures the blade open during use. We also added a decorative glass-filled nylon backspacer in matte black and a moveable steel filler tab so the look is nicely detailed and neatly finished. The pocketclip is Kershaw’s deep-carry pocketclip so that the knife rides comfortably low in your pocket.

KER3650CKTST Kershaw Volt II 3 1/8" Combo Black Folding Knife

You get the same versatile blade and handle style as the original Volt, but with a non-reflective black oxide blade coating, black handle scales, and black pocketclip. In fact, the only things that aren’t black on this new iteration of the Volt II are the wicked gleam of the Kershaw-sharp edge and the secure locking liner.

The Volt II opens one-handed and with an authoritative “twack” thanks to Kershaw’s SpeedSafe® assisted opening system. A simple pull back on the flipper and the Volt II opens smoothly and easily. We think you’ll appreciate the versatility of the Volt II’s slightly dropped point blade. This classic shape is just about perfect for any task you’ll want to ask it to do. Partial blade serration just extends the Volt II’s capabilities and makes it easy to whip through materials like cord, webbing, or rope.

For a secure grip and a solid, satisfying feel in the hand, the Volt II has finger contours on the handle, diamond-patterned, glass-filled nylon handles, and heavy jimping on the back of the blade. With its great look and versatility, the black Volt II is destined to become a permanent partner for your pocket. You may wonder how you ever did without it.

KER1670TBLKST Kershaw Blur Tanto 3.4" Black Serrated Folding Knife

Take on the tough tasks with this tactically styled Blur

The Tanto Blur offers all the great grip advantages of the other Blurs on the force, but this one offers tactical styling with a modified tanto blade with partial serration.

With its angled shape, the tanto blade provides additional piercing power to penetrate tough materials. The unique shape puts more steel behind the point to support its piercing tasks. We’ve also found that the short front edge is particularly handy for opening boxes. For razor sharpness, Kershaw hollow grinds the edge. Then for additional versatility, Kershaw added partial serration to the blade, giving you a great tool for cutting through materials such as webbing or rope.

All this makes the Tanto Blur a good choice for situations in which you’re going to need to make an impact on your environment. In an emergency, it could be a real lifesaver. The Tanto Blur’s blade is built of high-performance Sandvik 14C28N stainless blade steel for corrosion resistance and hardness. The black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating provides additional extra corrosion resistance and is non-reflective. Black anodized aluminum handles of durable 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum with sure-grip Trac-Tec inserts complete the Tanto Blur’s discrete, matte look.
